Description

Led by Kristin Leung Wellness

Join us for a gentle and grounding yoga experience in nature. We’ll begin with a 60-minute gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels and designed to ease tension, improve mobility, and connect you with the natural surroundings. Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the ground.

After the practice, you are welcome to explore the surrounding area, find a peaceful place to sit, or simply enjoy the quiet beauty of the area. Participants are invited to journal or meditate, with optional prompts provided for inspiration. This portion of the experience is self-guided, offering space for personal reflection and connection with nature.

Some extra yoga mats and journaling supplies will be available for participants to borrow, but please bring your own if you have them.

Registration is required and opens one week in advance!
