Inspired by the holistic approach of Kripalu, MOE brings together mindfulness, movement, nature, and personal reflection in a welcoming outdoor setting. Rather than simply spending time in nature, participants are encouraged to fully experience it, while creating space to reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
