These offerings highlight local partners and introduce participants to the wide variety of outdoor recreation opportunities, activities, and spaces available throughout central Pennsylvania and beyond.
Since launching these events in 2026, participants have explored the outdoor community in unique ways, including visiting Organic Climbing for a behind-the-scenes bag sewing demonstration, learning about cycling and bicycle maintenance at Freeze Thaw Cycles, and paddling at Stone Valley Recreation Area. Each experience connects participants with local experts, organizations, and recreation opportunities while expanding their understanding of outdoor adventure.
